Yes. Otto introduces itself as an AI assistant in its first message. If someone asks "is this a bot?" it says yes. It also tells them a real person reviews everything before any pricing goes out.
Does Otto ever quote a price?
Never. Otto collects details and drafts the estimate. Every price is set by a person before anything gets sent. That's the rule, not a feature we forgot to build.
Does Otto book appointments on its own?
No. Otto proposes open times from your calendar and the customer picks one, but a person confirms it. Nothing lands on your schedule without you saying so.
What phone number do customers text?
You get your own local number when you sign up. Carrier registration takes a few days. And if you ever leave, we port the number out to you free. It's your number.
