For pressure washing crews

You're on a ladder with a wand. Your next driveway is texting you.

Washing leads text a photo of the house and want a number. Otto answers while you're mid-wash, collects the surfaces and the address, and hands you a draft to price. The customer accepts on their phone, and your crew gets their schedule by text.

A ServCTRL pressure washing estimate with house wash and driveway lines
How it works

A wash, start to paid

  1. 1

    The text comes in

"How much to wash the house and driveway?" Otto replies in seconds, says it's an AI assistant for your company, and starts collecting the details.

  2. 2

    Otto scopes the property

What surfaces: house, driveway, deck, fence, roof. One story or two, siding type, roughly how long the driveway runs. The address, so you can check it on the map.

  3. 3

    You price it

Otto drafts the estimate. You put your numbers on it: house wash, driveway, add the deck as an option they can take or leave. Otto never quotes a price.

  4. 4

    Booked, washed, paid

They accept from their phone, Otto proposes days from your calendar, you confirm, and the crew gets their schedule by text. When it's done, send the pay link.

Otto's checklist

It asks what an estimator would ask

Otto works from a checklist you control, set up for exterior cleaning:

  • What needs washing: house, driveway, deck, fence, roof
  • One story or two
  • Siding type: vinyl, brick, stucco
  • Rough size of the driveway or deck
  • The address
  • Any problem areas: rust, oil stains, mildew
  • Name and best contact
  • When they want it done

Three-option estimates

Send one estimate with up to three priced options: the basic, the upgrade, the full package. The customer compares them on their phone, picks one, and signs. That option is what you bill.

Schedule and calendar

Day, week, or month view with every visit assigned to a person or crew. When a customer signs an estimate, the booking happens in the same place. No separate calendar app.

Crew texts

Your techs get their day by text with a link to everything they need for each stop. No morning phone tree, no app to install, no login to forget.

Invoices and deposits

The invoice pulls from what the customer signed, so there's nothing to retype. Collect a deposit up front and bill the rest when the work is done. The deposit shows as a credit on the final bill.

Card and ACH payments

Text the pay link and the customer pays by card or bank transfer. The money goes to your own Stripe account, not ours. Cash or check? Record it and the balance clears.

Clean records for the bookkeeper

Every invoice and payment exports to CSV for any date range. Hand it to your bookkeeper or drop it into a spreadsheet. We're not accounting software, and we don't pretend to be.

Customer records

Every conversation, estimate, and invoice tied to one customer. When they text again in October you can see what they had done in March and what they paid.

Otto, your AI front desk

A customer texts your number and Otto replies in seconds, day or night. It tells them it's an AI, asks the right questions, and drafts the estimate. It never quotes a price. You can jump into any conversation and Otto steps back.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Otto price work from the customer's answers?

No. It collects the surfaces and the address so you can price from the details and the map before a number goes out. Every price is one you typed.

Can I offer add-ons as options?

Yes. One estimate can carry the house wash alone, house plus driveway, and the full package with the deck. The customer picks a tier and that's what you bill.

How does the crew get the schedule?

Everything sits on one calendar, assigned to a crew. They get their day by text with a link to each stop. Rain pushes everything? Move it on the calendar and the texts follow.

What about recurring washes?

ServCTRL bills per piece of work, not on subscriptions. You can schedule a repeat customer's next wash and their record keeps the history, but there's no auto-recurring billing. We'd rather say that now than surprise you.
