Every wrap quote starts with a text. Now they all get answered.
"How much to wrap a Model 3?" arrives while you're mid-install with a squeegee in one hand and a heat gun in the other. Otto answers, collects the coverage and condition details, and hands you a draft estimate. You price the film, they pick on their phone, and the car is on your calendar.

A wrap quote, start to booked
- 1
The text comes in
A customer texts about a color change or PPF. Otto replies in seconds, says it's an AI assistant for your shop, and starts collecting details while you keep working.
- 2
Otto scopes the coverage
Year, make, and model. Full wrap or partial. PPF: full front, track pack, or full body. Paint condition, chrome delete, roof and mirrors.
- 3
You price the film
Otto drafts the estimate. You build the options: partial front PPF, full front, full body. Or gloss, satin, color-shift. Otto never quotes a number.
- 4
They pick and the bay is booked
The customer compares options on their phone, picks one, and signs. Otto proposes drop-off dates from your calendar, you confirm, and the deposit invoice is in the same tool.
It asks what an installer would ask
Otto works from a checklist you control, set up for wrap and film work:
- Year, make, and model
- Wrap or PPF, or both
- Full wrap, partial, or accents
- PPF coverage: partial front, full front, track pack, full body
- Finish: gloss, satin, matte, color-shift
- Paint condition and existing wrap to remove
- Name and best contact
- When they want it done

Three-option estimates
Send one estimate with up to three priced options: the basic, the upgrade, the full package. The customer compares them on their phone, picks one, and signs. That option is what you bill.
Learn moreSchedule and calendar
Day, week, or month view with every visit assigned to a person or crew. When a customer signs an estimate, the booking happens in the same place. No separate calendar app.
Crew texts
Your techs get their day by text with a link to everything they need for each stop. No morning phone tree, no app to install, no login to forget.
Invoices and deposits
The invoice pulls from what the customer signed, so there's nothing to retype. Collect a deposit up front and bill the rest when the work is done. The deposit shows as a credit on the final bill.
Card and ACH payments
Text the pay link and the customer pays by card or bank transfer. The money goes to your own Stripe account, not ours. Cash or check? Record it and the balance clears.
Clean records for the bookkeeper
Every invoice and payment exports to CSV for any date range. Hand it to your bookkeeper or drop it into a spreadsheet. We're not accounting software, and we don't pretend to be.
Customer records
Every conversation, estimate, and invoice tied to one customer. When they text again in October you can see what they had done in March and what they paid.
Otto, your AI front desk
A customer texts your number and Otto replies in seconds, day or night. It tells them it's an AI, asks the right questions, and drafts the estimate. It never quotes a price. You can jump into any conversation and Otto steps back.

Does Otto quote wrap prices?
No. A sight-unseen number on a car with failing clear coat or an old wrap to strip is how a shop eats days of labor. Otto collects the coverage and condition details. You set every price.
Can I quote coverage levels as options?
Yes. One estimate can carry three tiers: partial front PPF, full front, and full body. The customer picks on their phone and that tier is what you bill, deposit included.
Wrap work needs a deposit. Does that work?
Yes. Set a deposit on the estimate, a percent or a flat amount. It's part of what the customer signs, it gets collected up front, and it shows on the final bill as a credit.
What about multi-day installs?
A full wrap or full-body PPF blocks the days it needs on the calendar, assigned to an installer or the bay crew. The schedule is a plain day/week/month calendar everyone can see.
What if the customer wants a person?
They get one. Ask for a human and Otto hands the thread over. Every conversation sits in one inbox you can take over any time.
