Small shops lose work for a dumb reason: nobody answered. The owner was under a car, up a ladder, or halfway through a tint install, and the customer who texted at 2:15 booked with someone else by 3.

So we built ServCTRL to run the whole shop in one place. Estimates with real options the customer picks on their phone. A calendar the crew can see. Invoices that pull from what the customer signed. Card and bank payments to your own Stripe account. And Otto, an AI front desk that answers your texts while you're working, asks the right questions, and drafts the estimate for you. A person prices every estimate, every time.

We think an AI should say it's an AI, and should never quote a price a person didn't approve. We think software for a small business should be one flat price, published on a webpage, with no contract and no demo call. And we think your phone number belongs to you, which is why it ports out free if you ever leave.
