What happens after beta?
ServCTRL becomes $99 a month, flat. One price, up to 15 users, every feature included. No per-technician fees, no tiers, no contract.
Are there per-user or per-technician fees?
No. One price covers everyone, up to 15 users. Hiring someone doesn't change your bill.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime, self-service. Your customer list, invoices, and payments export to CSV whenever you want, and card payments settle to your own Stripe account. Your money and your records are never stuck with us.
What happens to my phone number if I leave?
It goes with you. Port it out to any carrier or service, free, no questions. We think holding a business's phone number hostage is a rotten way to keep customers.
When does texting start working?
Your number is set up at signup, and carriers take a few days to approve business texting on a new number. We start that registration the day you sign up and keep you posted.
What if we have more than 15 people?
Reach out. Email [email protected] and tell us about your business. We'll figure it out.
How do payments work?
Connect Stripe in about five minutes. Customers pay by card or bank transfer from the invoice link, the money lands in your Stripe account, and the payment records against the invoice.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. There's no sales team. Sign up from the website and you're in.
