From lead to paid, one tool the whole way.
Here's everything ServCTRL does, walked in order. A customer texts your number, and seven steps later the money is in your account. Every step is included in the one flat price.
Free during beta. No demo call, no credit card, no contract.
- Lead comes in Text hits your number
- Otto asks Collects the details for you
- You price it Estimate with your numbers
- They sign Pick an option, sign on their phone
- Scheduled On the calendar, crew notified
- Paid Invoice sent, money collected
A lead texts your number. Otto handles the conversation.
A customer texts asking about a price. Otto, your AI front desk, replies in seconds. It tells them it's an AI, works through the questions you'd normally ask, and collects everything you need before you can quote. If they go quiet, it follows up. If they want a person, they get one.
Every conversation sits in one shared inbox with Otto's messages labeled. You can jump in whenever you want, and Otto steps back the moment you do.
- Otto never quotes a price. It collects details and drafts. You decide what to charge.
- The intake questions are a checklist you control, set up for your trade out of the box.
- Wrong numbers and "STOP" replies are handled automatically.
Every customer in one place instead of scattered across your phone.
Name, contact info, address or vehicle, the whole conversation, every estimate and invoice. One record. When they text again in October you can see what they had done in March and what they paid.
No separate address book to maintain. The record builds itself as Otto collects details, and you can edit anything.
You price it. They compare options and sign on their phone.
Otto hands you a draft estimate with the details already filled in. You put your prices on it. For a simple piece of work, that's one line. For something with a real decision in it, you can add up to three options: the basic, the upgrade, the full package. Mark the one you'd recommend and send it.
The customer opens a link on their phone, compares the options, picks one, and signs with a typed signature. No account to create, no PDF, no printer.
Signed means booked. Not "I'll call you back."
When the customer signs, the work is created from the estimate. The option they chose is the scope and the price. Otto checks your calendar and proposes a few times that work. The customer picks one and you confirm.
Your schedule is a plain calendar: day, week, or month, every visit assigned to a person or a crew. You can see the whole week before you promise a Thursday.
- Otto proposes times, a person confirms. Nothing lands on the calendar without you.
- The customer gets a confirmation text. No phone tag to lock the slot.
Your techs get their day without a morning phone tree.
The crew gets their schedule by text, with a link to what they need for each stop: the customer, the scope that was signed, the address. When the schedule moves, the texts follow.
No app for them to install, no login to forget. It works on whatever phone is already in their pocket.
The invoice pulls from what they signed. The pay link collects it.
The invoice starts from the accepted estimate, so there's nothing to retype and nothing to add up. Bill it all at once, or collect a deposit up front and invoice the rest when the work is done. The deposit shows on the final bill as a visible credit.
Text the pay link and the customer pays by card or bank transfer. The money goes to your own Stripe account, not ours. Cash or check? Record it and the balance clears.
Tax season stops being a project.
Every invoice and payment exports to a clean CSV for any date range, ready for your bookkeeper or your spreadsheet. We're not going to call this accounting software, because it isn't. It's your records, complete and exportable, whenever you need them.
And if you ever leave, everything goes with you: your customer list, your invoices, your payment history, and your phone number, ported out free.
Questions, answered.
Do I have to use Otto to use the rest of the tool?
No. You can add customers, build estimates, schedule work, and send invoices yourself. Otto means the texts that come in while your hands are full get answered too.
What if a customer walks in or calls instead of texting?
Add the customer, build the estimate, and text it to them. From there the flow is the same, and the conversation lives in the same inbox.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
Not yet. You get a clean CSV export of every invoice and payment for any date range, which your bookkeeper can work with today. We'd rather be upfront about that than claim something we haven't built.
What does all of this cost?
One flat price: free during beta, then $99 a month for the whole business, up to 15 users. Everything on this page is included. There is no add-on store. See pricing.
