Drag a trip onto a day-and-crew cell and it’s rescheduled and reassigned in one move. There’s no form to fill out.

Schedule and notify
One button confirms the trip, sets the arrival window, and emails the customer. It won’t let you double-book on the quiet.
It flags the clash. It never blocks you.
As you pick a crew or tech, ServCTRL checks their calendar and tells you plainly whether they’re Free, Tight, or already Booked. If you assign the clash anyway, a red DOUBLE-BOOKED block shows up on the board. You can still override it. You just won’t do it by accident.
The trip lands on the tech’s phone
Assign a trip and it shows up in the tech’s field app with the address, the window, and the customer. Move it on the board and their day moves with it.

Can I assign a whole crew at once?
Yes. Assign a trip to a crew and the board knows everyone on it is booked. Crews show as colored lanes on the timeline.
What about subs without a login?
A subcontractor is a tech with no login seat. You can schedule and assign them, and send a no-login work-order link for the site.
Does it do drive-time routing?
The field app hands off to Google Maps for turn-by-turn. Automatic route optimization isn’t built yet.
