Price Book

Put a price on the work once. Quote from it forever.

Your price book is a catalog of set prices: "Replace 40-gal water heater," "Upgrade panel to 200A." Pull a line onto a bid and the price comes with it. The same number whether you quote it or your newest tech does.

Free during beta. No demo call, no credit card, no contract.

How it works

Three steps, no busywork.

  1. 1

    Build it once

Add the work you do as set-price lines. Set your labor rates once in Settings: apprentice, journeyman, master.

  2. 2

    Pull it onto a bid

Search the catalog from any estimate and drop in a line. A price-book item, Standard Labor at the right rate, or a one-off.

  3. 3

    Same price, every time

Everyone quotes from the same book. The panel upgrade costs what it costs, whether you bid it or the new hire does.

Three kinds of line cover every bid

A price-book item carries its own price. Standard Labor pulls the rate from your Settings categories. Custom Labor covers the one-off that isn’t in the book yet. Nothing to add up by hand.

An accepted ServCTRL estimate with flat-rate line items and a total

You price the task, not the square foot

Service trades price the job, not the floor area, and ServCTRL is built that way. In most field-service tools the price book is a paid add-on. Here it’s the thing you sell from.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I import my price list?

You build your catalog in Settings, adding lines by hand or as you bid. Beta shops get help moving a bigger list over. Just ask.

Does it do good/better/best options?

Yes, on the bid. Turn on options and build up to three tiers over the same base scope; the customer picks one and that tier becomes the contract. The price book itself stays one flat list. See Good/Better/Best estimates.

How do labor rates work?

Name your rate categories once, say Journeyman at $125/hr. A Standard Labor line picks a category and fills the rate for you.
