Why per-seat pricing punishes small shops
Per-seat pricing is built for software companies, not trade shops. Your fourth hire doesn’t use more software than your third; they use the same board and the same price book. But on a per-seat plan, every hire is a rate increase you didn’t agree to, and busy-season help means seats you pay for all year. A flat price means the decision to hire is about the work, not the software bill.

Is it really one price for 15 users?
Yes. One flat monthly price covers up to 15 office and field users. No per-technician fees, no seat math.
What about subcontractors?
Subs don’t need a login or a seat. Each gets a no-login work-order link for the job they’re on: address, scope, and e-sign.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. Month to month, no onboarding fee, cancel anytime from the app.
What if my shop is bigger than 15 people?
Then ServCTRL probably isn’t your tool yet. It’s built for small shops, and we’d rather say that plainly than stretch.
