One flat price

Add a tech. The bill stays put.

Most field-service tools charge by the seat, so hiring your third tech quietly raises your software bill. ServCTRL is one flat price for the whole shop, up to 15 people, office and field. Growing the crew shouldn’t mean renegotiating your software.

Free during beta. No demo call, no credit card, no contract.

How it works

Three steps, no busywork.

  1. 1

    One price, whole shop

It’s free during beta, then a flat $99 a month. That covers the owner, the dispatcher, and every tech, on one bill that doesn’t move when you hire.

  2. 2

    Subs ride free by design

A subcontractor doesn’t even need a login. They get a work-order link for the job: the address, the scope, and e-sign on site. No seat consumed at all.

  3. 3

    Leave whenever

No contract, no term, no cancellation call. Month to month, cancel in the app, and your invoices and payments export to CSV any time.

Why per-seat pricing punishes small shops

Per-seat pricing is built for software companies, not trade shops. Your fourth hire doesn’t use more software than your third; they use the same board and the same price book. But on a per-seat plan, every hire is a rate increase you didn’t agree to, and busy-season help means seats you pay for all year. A flat price means the decision to hire is about the work, not the software bill.

Everything included, nothing metered

The price book, Good/Better/Best estimates, the dispatch board, the field app, contract invoicing, customer texting. It’s all in the flat price. There’s no add-on store, and no feature you discover mid-quote is locked behind a bigger plan.

Your money and your data are never stuck here

Card and ACH payments settle to your own Stripe account; ServCTRL never holds your money. Your invoices and payments export to a date-range CSV whenever you want them. If we ever stop earning the $99, leaving is a button, not a negotiation.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is it really one price for 15 users?

Yes. One flat monthly price covers up to 15 office and field users. No per-technician fees, no seat math.

What about subcontractors?

Subs don’t need a login or a seat. Each gets a no-login work-order link for the job they’re on: address, scope, and e-sign.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

Neither. Month to month, no onboarding fee, cancel anytime from the app.

What if my shop is bigger than 15 people?

Then ServCTRL probably isn’t your tool yet. It’s built for small shops, and we’d rather say that plainly than stretch.
