What if I bill time and materials?
Then ServCTRL isn’t built for you. It’s honest about that: billing is contract-based, and there’s no timesheet machinery to drive T&M invoices.
How do I pay my techs without logged hours?
Payroll is separate from billing, the same as it was on paper. ServCTRL bills your customers; it doesn’t run your payroll.
Can I still price labor on an estimate?
Yes. Standard Labor lines carry your hourly rate categories for building the quote. That’s pricing the bid, not tracking the tech.
